How do you enforce one Premium clinic per district?
Every district (city ward or equivalent) has a single Premium slot. Once claimed, no other Premium listing can be sold in that area for the duration of the contract.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Free → Verified → Premium at any time, subject to Premium availability in your district.
What are the clinical requirements?
Premium and Verified members follow BTD's pediatric-first SOPs — child-friendly operatory, transparent pricing, and parent-education standards.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for Free or Verified. Premium franchises pay a one-time onboarding fee that covers training, playbook and launch marketing.
